As a graduate of the University of Georgia Grady School of Journalism, Garrett has a degree in Public Relations and Marketing. She believes embracing and using today’s technology is essential to delivering superior client services, therefore she recently joined Corcoran HM Properties to help enable making the buy and sell experience a current and seamless one.

Garrett has bought and sold twelve personal homes during her lengthy real estate career. She has renovated most of them, so she likes to think she has an eye for opportunity and improvement. She enjoys helping her clients with vision, enabling them to find and create their dream home. Garrett is often collaborating with her colleagues as well as her wide network of contractors to help achieve her buyers’ and sellers’ goals. A native Charlottean, Garrett moved to Mount Pleasant in 2004. She has two beautiful children, Lila and Shaw, and her beloved Yellow Lab, Pearl. She loves living in the heart of Mount Pleasant, next to picturesque Shem Creek. In her spare time, you can find her in the yoga studio, at Pilates, on a boat, on the beach, dining with friends, or at home with her family.
