The chosen location is sandwiched between the popular Vicious Biscuit restaurant and Peach Orchard Plaza. The property owner has long-term plans to redevelop the site, and Captains Choice Yachting intends to make a smooth exit when that exciting development project takes off.

Captains Choice Yachting envisions transforming what they describe as a “property in a state of dilapidation.” Their vision includes tidying up an unauthorized construction dump site in the rear, creating a space to display high-end boats on trailers, all of which will be artfully enclosed by a fence. Here’s the exciting part: the boat business is offering to demolish the building near the street and an old three-bay shop in the rear, all while ensuring the site remains well-kept. No trees will be removed, and the property’s perimeter will be graced by a proposed fence. To maintain order and accessibility, they’ve planned an entrance through a gate set back 75 feet from the road. This not only offers convenience but also allows space for parking and maneuvering boats on and off the site.
